Our Boston Terrier Jo just loves the whole team at Pet Lux. They are so kind and loving that she actually enjoys going to the vet!! So, of course, I'm taking my new pup there as well and they already love her too. I really trust the team at Pet Lux to provide the best care for my pups.

On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, they get 100 outta me! I don't know even know where to begin w/out getting all crybaby. This one is long, but if you truly care about whose medically looking after your fur babies, you'll want to read this in its entirety. I relocated to the desert from Los Angeles in early 2021 with my two golden retrievers, where I was spoiled by our vet of nearly 10 years. THE most important to me is that the vet is open to holistic care and not a Rx pusher for every single ailment. So, it took me nearly a year and a half of researching all the vets out here before choosing Pet Lux. No judgement on the others as to each his own, but Pet Lux was exactly what I was used to back in LA with our vet which was/is: Genuinely caring docs and staff. Genuinely open to my medical questions. Genuinely good humans. Genuinely experts. And most important, that I could trust them wholly. My boys Jenner and Troy LOVED going to see them. Sadly, they both passed away last year. Particularly for Troy, his decline was brutal. I was a basket case. They never made me feel like I was imposing on them with the myriad of emotions I went thru each time we had to pay a visit. Troy's decline included cancer in his eyes (eventually at the end going blind), when they outsourced us to an amazing Opthalmologist, whose practice felt like an extended family to Pet Lux's. I couldn't believe it. When both had to cross the rainbow bridge, and we all know how painful that is, they were so there for us. And they even stayed with me in the room when I needed them to. I just can't say enough about how incredible the experience with everyone has been while my boys were their patients. And I've continued with them as they now care for my ne golden retriever Winston, my latest rescue since Dec. 2023. I can go on an on about how amazing they are, 360. 10 stars!!! Was able to get in right away on an emergency basis. After bloodwork found out my baby girl has chronic kidney disease. From the time you walk through the door till you leave all staff treated us like family. Very professional. Dr Taylor has a calming demeanor. Very thorough. Explained everything well and vet tech went over the medicine and how to administer. I live in the high desert but will now be making this my vet for both my dogs. Definitely worth the drive down the hill knowing my fur babies are in good hands. Thank you Dr Taylor and staff.🤗 And Lola thanks you too.

The veterinarians and staff at Pet Lux genuinely care about the pets they treat. When our little dog, Sadie, needed attention due to an injury, they made time to see her the same day we called. Prices are reasonable for the area and scheduling a regular appointment is easy, with no long waits.

My dogs and I love coming to pet lux because it is always a friendly and a time efficient experience...that the Pet Lux team makes as positive painless and stress-free for my kiddos as possible! :) Aldo, a few months ago my dog had an issue with his nail cracking and Pet Lux helped him fix it without charging a huge fee for other related services that he did not need as some other places do. So, I don't feel as though the Pet Lux team are trying to pressure me for upsells that aren't necessary (as I have felt at other places in the past). The team offers great advice and options to consider, but I have never felt pressured here....Thank you Pet Lux for taking great care of my kiddos! :)

First time I called they're very helpful over the phone. They made an appointment within two days seen my Sassy she needs some dental work done. I felt very comfortable. They explained everything answer all my questions. They called me after surgery to let me know everything went well. They called the following day to check on her. we went for our two-week follow-up. They definitely cared about the animals. My dog was very comfortable there even when we went for the follow-ups. She was not scared her personality did not change at all so that says a lot. I would definitely go again without a doubt. Thank you.

When I first came to California 2 years ago I didn't know where to take my dogs so I found Pet Lux online and decided to make an appointment. I'm so glad I did. These guys are awesome! Everyone from the receptionist to the vet! I felt that they had my pet's best interest at heart and gave me different options on how to handle my pet's medical issues. Very helpful!

I've found a wonderful Veterinarian, Dr. Brian Baumgard in Palm Springs. Everyone who works at Pet Lux is so friendly. A shout out to friendly Maddy in the front of the office and to Loreal and Erica who were terrific with my dog. I'm in good hands and that's a great feeling!

My cat tuna recently had patellar luxation surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she received. From the first consultation to her post-op checkups, the veterinary team was compassionate, professional, and very thorough in explaining every step of the process. They made sure I understood what to expect during surgery and recovery, which really helped ease my worries. The surgery went smoothly, and my cat is already walking better than I could’ve imagined. The staff took great care to monitor her pain and comfort afterward, and they were always quick to answer my questions about aftercare, medication, and bandage changes. It’s never easy seeing your pet go through surgery, but I’m so grateful for the skilled hands and kindness of everyone involved. My cat is healing beautifully and getting back to her playful self. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone whose pet needs orthopedic surgery — they truly go above and beyond. Thank you Emily, Dr Banfield, and the rest of the vet team!!

I always love coming to this vet. The prices are really fair, and everyone I've encountered has always been so helpful and very kind. I cannot recommend this vet enough. They've always taken their time with my dogs and cats and are super super sweet. Everyone who works here really shows, the minute you walk in, how much they care for your animals. I can't recommend this place enough. I really do love this vet and rather take the time to drive down here knowing they have the best interest in my animals and very reasonable prices.
